I don’t know about you – but I need drinks to help me BOOST my metabolism. If you too, want to increase your metabolic rate so you can shed some belly fat, today’s post on HEALTHY SMOOTHIES should be of interest.
Of course, there are a few things to adhere to – for example, it’s important to add FIBER to any smoothie you make – chia seeds, ground up almonds or walnuts, BERRIES, flax seed, certain vegetables.

At Pinterest, you can see some recipes with ginger root. You might also select one w/ MANGO & Strawberries .. or Banana, blueberries [these provide a lot of antioxidants and the Fiber we spoke of earlier]
The flax seeds provide you FIBER & help you feel full, as do the mangoes. In fact, mangoes provide a lot of plusses to your diet – B6, Probiotic Fiber, Vit A and Vitamin C, Copper, Magnesium (1 Cup is just 105 calories).
I found a berry-mango smoothie that has ginger root in it, as well as mango and ground flax seed! Ground flaxseed is found in many weight loss recipes, and if you doubt this, simply “google it” & you can see the proof.
Please bear in mind, going forward, that Flax can be a valuable tool to maintain the weight loss. It helps you to FEEL FULL (just make sure it’s ground flaxseed ).
