This recipe uses “vine-ripened” tomatoes, California avocados, yellow onion, cilantro, lime (of course), and Serrano peppers – which I have tested out, and I happen to agree that these peppers are very flavorful –
While they are not as HOT as Habanero Peppers, they still contain warmth and best of all, are great flavor enhancers for a dip.

Hi, Jan Ashby here. Today I’ll provide an asparagus soup that falls into the category of healthy soups . In the video, the lady chef is actually a dietician – so she’ll show you, STEP by STEP, just what to do.
In this particular recipe, she uses garlic cloves & onion (try not to substitute the bulk garlic). You’ll be chopping it up, and placing it in a pan on the stove. The trick here is to use less cream.
